She does it in a fascinating manner, using simple and easy to understand language even though it is highly mystical in nature. This work of St. Teresa has helped me and many others to reorient ourselves in our spiritual journey that often takes unexpected twists and turns. My hope is that you my reflections in this book helpful to stay the course of prayer, meditation and contemplation in this very busy world of seemingly endless activities and demands!</p>
